<p>PURPOSE: A PCR primer for analyzing genotype of mouse obesity gene is provided to stably distinguish single base-pair mismatch by inserting mismatch base pair to 3'-terminal. CONSTITUTION: A PCR primer set for genotyping of mouse Lep^ob gene contains one or more oligonucleotide having sequence number 1, 2, 3, or 4. A PCR kit for genotyping of Lep^ob gene comprises primer set containing one or more oligonucleotide of sequence number 1, 2, 3, or 4. The PCR kit further contains dNTP(dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP) mixture, DNA polymerase or buffer solution. A method for analyzing moouse Lep^ob genotype comprises: a step of obtaining genomic DNA from a mouse; and a step of performing PCR using the genomic DNA as a template with the primer set.</p> |
