PURPOSE: A bone carrier for operating implant is provided, which can reduce noise in artificial bone injection and can minimize frictional resistance due to soft rubber. CONSTITUTION: A bone carrier for operating implant comprises a finger grip part(11) which is formed in the upper and lower part of the injection nozzle(10) which is transformed into the curvature portion in the straight line portion; a push bar(20) equipped with a thumb grip portion which is formed on the rear of the inside of the injection nozzle; and soft rubber(26) which is engaged with the leading end of the push bar in a detachable manner. A male screw part is formed in the leading end of the push bar. Inside the male screw part, a connection pipe in which the female screw part is formed is screwed.
