<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify an operator and a worker of request items beforehand so that they reliably deals with request items of a client as the client desires, when the operator receives an abnormality notification telephone call from the client. <P>SOLUTION: A remote monitoring center apparatus 1 receives a call about trouble of any inquiry of a facility device provided in a building and responds to the call. The remote monitoring center apparatus 1 includes: a computer telephony integration (CTI) means 3 to detect and output a client telephone number on reception from a client; a client information storage means 4 for storing information about the client; a speech recognition/exchange means 5 for recognizing contents of a voice conversation between the client and an operator and making the contents into text data; a handling content history storage means 6 for storing the voice conversation contents and the stored client information in association with each other; and an operator receiver 8 for displaying the voice conversation contents and the like. A handling confirmation notification device is provided for notifying a worker mobile terminal 9 and the operator receiver 8 about the client information, work request contents and the requested date and time of work and for displaying them a prescribed period before the date and time of work requested by the client in a handling content history. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
