<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventionally a dynamic alignment of a neutral position for which the knees of lower limbs and the toes face the same direction has been performed by the visual observation by a human being, however, by the conventional visual observation, the benchmark of the dynamic alignment is ambiguous depending on the experience/technique of an observer, which is not persuasive. Ž<P>SOLUTION: For the alignment of the lower limbs, the fact that the knees and the toes face the same direction is important in the alignment. Therefore, the dynamic alignment of the lower limbs is measured in such a manner that an actual line is formed by a string connecting the femoral head section to the second toe of the foot, and is taken as a reference line, then, a marker which rolls and turns on the knee surface to the direction of the knee in the bending motion of the knee joint with the string as the axis is provided, and the rotation angle of the marker is read.
