<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay sprinkling block simplifying and rationalizing laying work of a sprinkling apparatus using an underground buried water pipe and a sprinkling nozzle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The relay sprinkling block 9 is arranged between the pipe end of an inlet-side unit water pipe 5 and the pipe end of an outlet-side unit water pipe 6 buried under the road surface, to relay both unit water pipes 5, 6. An assembly of the sprinkling nozzle 7 and a relay pipe 8 is embedded in the relay sprinkling block 9. One end of the relay pipe 8 is opened in one side face 12 of the relay sprinkling block 9 to form a water lead-in port 13, and the other end of the relay pipe 8 is opened in the other side face 12 of the relay sprinkling block 9 to form a water lead-out port 14. The sprinkling nozzle 7 is integrally connected to an intermediate part of the relay pipe 8 within the relay sprinkling block 9, and water is supplied from the pipe end of the inlet-side unit water pipe 5 toward the pipe end of the outlet-side unit water pipe 6 via the relay pipe 8 while supplying water to the sprinkling nozzle 7 from the relay pipe 8 to sprinkle water on the road surface 2 at the same time.
