<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive drive unit for a display of stable quality. <P>SOLUTION: Bias signals VBH, VBL are supplied from a bias circuit 50 respectively to differential stages 71P, 71N and output stages 72P, 72N of another well, the respective bias signals VBH, VBL of same polarity in the bias circuit 50 are short-circuited within the bias circuit 50 by vertical wires 60P, 60N, and shielding wires 61P, 61N are disposed in parallel to the vertical wires 60P, 60N, to shield them. No other signal is adjacent thereby by omitting a conventional vertical wires within a source amplifier, so as to reduce a coupling capacity. In addition thereto, capacities for a VDD and a VSS are increased since bias signal lines 62P-1, 62P-2, 62N-1, 62N-2 of lateral wires are extended in stead of the conventional vertical wires, the bias signals VBH, VBL are stabilized more, and an output delay time of the source amplifier 70 gets quick compared with that in the prior art. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
