<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carotid artery part simulation model for the training of catheter operation assuming a carotid artery structure whose branching form varies from patient to patient. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A simulation model three-dimensionally reproducing an artery system includes: an aortic arch conduit 6 simulating an aortic arch; a brachiocephalic artery conduit 20 simulating a brachiocephalic artery branching from the aortic arch; a left common carotid artery conduit 21 simulating a left common carotid artery branching from the aortic arch; and a communicating tube 29 making the brachiocephalic artery conduit 20 communicate with the left common carotid artery conduit 21.
