PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry a screw and washer assembly in a stable hanging posture. SOLUTION: A carrying/straightening device has an A guide 1 comprising an inclined first rail 3 and a head rest 5 and a B guide 2 comprising first and second support plates 7, 8 disposed to face each other with a starting end side inclined and a terminating end side horizontal while gradually decreasing the inclination. The A guide 1 supports a shank 32 and a head 31 of the screw and washer assembly 30, where a clearance is formed between the head of the screw and a second washer 34 in that support state, the first support plate 7 enters the clearance first, and the second support plate 8 enters the clearance late at an opposite position, so that the B guide 2 supports the head of the screw.
