<p>A system band is divided into a plurality of fundamental frequency blocks each having a predetermined bandwidth. A transmission device transmits an uplink control signal by using a predetermined number of fundamental frequency blocks among the plurality of fundamental frequency blocks. The transmission device includes: a mapping unit which maps control information to a subcarrier in the fundamental frequency block in a certain (first) subframe; an inverse Fourier transform unit which executes the inverse Fourier transform on the mapped signal; and a radio transmission unit which radio-transmits a transmission signal containing the signal subjected to the inverse Fourier transform, to a reception device. In a (second) subframe following the first subframe, the mapping unit maps control information to a subcarrier in a fundamental frequency block of a band different from that of the fundamental frequency block in the first subframe.</p> |
