<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To locally increase an expansion ratio while the design nature of a design surface is secured high by using a foaming injection molding method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A hard core material 2 having a penetration part 23 is formed, the core material 2 with the penetration part 23 closed is arranged in a cavity, a molding material made of a soft resin containing a blowing agent on the surface side of the core material is injected and piled up, and the molding material is expanded through the penetration part 23 by opening the closed penetration part 23.
