<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiography device, preventing dark current correction performed based on improper correction data including charges by radiation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The radiography device is provided with an X-ray sensor 3 comprising an image generating part 1 to accumulate and output charges by radiation and charges not by radiation, and an X-ray detection part 2 to detect and output whether or not X-ray radiation exists, a control part 4 to control accumulation and output of the charges by the image generating part 1, a recording part 5 to record the time for the image generating part to perform accumulation of charges, and a determining part 6 to evaluate the situation of control being performed by the control part 4 to the image generating part 1, and the output of the X-ray detection part 2, and determine whether or not the charges accumulated by the image generating part 1 are effective. The determining part 6 determines whether or not X-rays were radiated when the charges were accumulated by the image generating part 1 for obtaining correction data for performing dark current correction to the output charges accumulated by the image generating part when X-rays are radiated, thereby whether or not the correction data are effective is indicated.
