<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement-based solidification material for suppressing heavy-metal elution, which significantly reduces the elution rate of heavy metals from solidification treated soils even when various industrial by-products or industrial wastes are used. <P>SOLUTION: The cement-based solidification material for suppressing heavy-metal elution includes clinker and gypsum. In the clinker, the C<SB>3</SB>S content is 65-85 mass%, the C<SB>3</SB>A content is 15-25 mass%, and the mass ratio of Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>/Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>is 3.0 or more, as determined by powder X-ray diffraction. A solidification treatment method is also provided which includes mixing 50-350 kg of the cement-based solidification material for suppressing heavy-metal elution per m<SP>3</SP>of a treatment target soil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
