摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terahertz spectroscopic device capable of solving the problem of a light condensing optical system, improving the S/N ratio in measurement, expanding a dispersible measurement frequency range without largely changing conventional optical systems. <P>SOLUTION: The terahertz spectroscopic device 1 includes a first reflector 6, a sample holder 7, and an aperture 20. The first reflector 6 condenses terahertz waves transmitted from a silicon lens 5. The sample holder 7 holds a sample on the center axis of the beam line of the terahertz waves condensed. The aperture 20 is arranged between the first reflector 6 and the sample holder 7 so that the opening making a part of the light fluxes of the terahertz waves pass through may be overlapped with the center axis of the beam line at the center of the opening.
