<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terahertz spectroscopic device capable of solving the problem of a light condensing optical system, improving the S/N ratio in measurement, expanding a dispersible measurement frequency range without largely changing conventional optical systems. <P>SOLUTION: The terahertz spectroscopic device 1 includes a first reflector 6, a sample holder 7, and an aperture 20. The first reflector 6 condenses terahertz waves transmitted from a silicon lens 5. The sample holder 7 holds a sample on the center axis of the beam line of the terahertz waves condensed. The aperture 20 is arranged between the first reflector 6 and the sample holder 7 so that the opening making a part of the light fluxes of the terahertz waves pass through may be overlapped with the center axis of the beam line at the center of the opening. The terahertz spectroscopic device 1 receives the terahertz waves having penetrated through the sample to perform the spectral analysis of the sample. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
