PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a speaker, for ensuring compatibility between a narrow gap in performance and a decreasing defective rate in quality, and reducing a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method includes the steps of: guiding an inner circumferential portion 21 of a frame 2 by a first guiding portion 101 and placing the frame 2 on a placing surface 100; guiding a first guiding body portion 31 of a yoke 3 by a second guiding portion 102 and coupling the frame 2 to the yoke 3; guiding a second guiding body portion 51 of a plate 5 having a magnet 4 bonded thereto by the second guiding portion 102 and coupling the magnet 4 to the yoke 3; guiding the inner circumferential portion of a voice coil 6 by a third guiding portion 103 and placing the voice coil on the upper surface of the first guiding portion 101; and coupling the frame 2 to a diaphragm 7.
