PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly short-circuit an electrode to other conductive part, even when a liquid is leaked from a surface of the electrode. SOLUTION: A crack 99 is generated sometimes to penetrate piezoelectric sheets 41-42, individual electrodes 35 and a common electrode 34. Ink in a pressure chamber 10 is brought into a risky state of bringing leakage from a surface of each individual electrode 35, when the crack 99 is formed. Meanwhile, a groove 101 is formed in each individual electrode 35. The ink leaked from the crack 99 flows into the groove 101, to be prevented from reaching the adjacent individual electrode 35.
