PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for washing and sterilizing an endoscope which has a simple structure and a low cost, and easily ensures the resistance against drug solutions. SOLUTION: A drug solution bottle 41A which is disposed above a dilution tank 46 for a sterilizing solution and is filled with the drug solution is connected by a drug solution supply tube 43A which has a valve 44A inserted into an intermediate part and is made of a resin tube. The valve 44A maintains the drug solution supply tube 43A tightly held by a tightly-holding portion 62 in a closed state by resilient force of a resilient member, brings the tube 43A to an open state by resisting against the resilient force from the closed state by driving a solenoid 64, and supplies the drug solution to the dilution tank 46 by its own weight without using a solution sending means such as a pump.
