NOVEL PLEUROTUS ERYNGII NQ2A-12 ENHANCING PEPTIDYLPROLYL CIS/TRANS ISOMERASE EXPRESSION

摘要

PURPOSE: A novel Pleurotus eryngii NQ2A-12 is provided to enhance the expression of peptidylprolyl cis/trans isomerase and prevent neurodegeneration. CONSTITUTION: A Pleurotus eryngii(deposit number: KACC 93066P) increases the expression of peptidylprolyl cis/trans isomerase of human cells which is known as an enzyme preventing neurodegeneration of Alzheimer disease. The Pleurotus eryngii NQ2A-12 is obtained through mutation by treating protoplast of the Pleurotus eryngii mycelium with NQO(4-nitroquinolone oxide). The mutation is performed at 0.5μg/ml of NQO for 15 minutes.
