<p>A method of producing reduced coenzyme Q10 crystals, which is suitable for industrial production thereof. According to a method of producing reduced coenzyme Q10 characterized in that reduced coenzyme Q10 is crystallized in a solution of alcohols and/or ketones, reduced coenzyme Q10crystlas having excellent slurry properties or crystalline properties can be obtained. Moreover, the isolation process involving the separation of the crystals or the whole process involving the isolation process can be shortened and simplified. Thus highly pure reduced coenzyme Q10 can be obtained at a high yield.</p> |
