PURPOSE: A cylinder block expander for a vehicle and an extension system using the same are provided to improve workability by extending a cylinder block using air pressure and fluid pressure and manually press-fitting a main bearing-cap into the cylinder block. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder block expander for a vehicle comprises an expander body(10), a collar beam, a cylinder, a fixation pin(15), and an extension block(16). A collar beam is mounted inside the rear end of the expander body. A piston which is advanced by the provided fluid pressure is air-tightly mounted on the cylinder which is fixed on the collar beam. The fixation pin passes through the front end of the expander body.
