PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-way valve which is easy to assemble and is excellent in endurance as a result of reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: The three-way valve includes a first port 11 and a second port 12 provided on both end sides of a tubular flow path 40, a third port 10 provided in an intermediate position of the flow path 40, a first valve seat 21 provided between the third and first ports 10, 11 and a second valve seat 22 formed between the third and second ports 10, 12. First and second valve elements 1, 2 for making the first and second valve seats 21, 22 abut against or separate from each other to open and close the first and second ports 11, 12 are arranged inside the flow path 40. The first and second valve elements 1, 2 are fitted on a shaft 3 coupled to a motor 30. A sealing member 20 whose inner circumferential surface acts as an inner sealing portion 20a for sealing a portion between itself and the shaft 3 and besides whose outer circumferential surface acts as an outer sealing portion 20b for sealing a portion between itself and the first and second valve seats 21, 22 are formed integrally with the first and second valve elements 1, 2.
