PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of suppressing the lowering of a working rate due to Tomeuchi (stop shooting balls at a certain timing). SOLUTION: A total number of retention obtained by adding the number of retained balls corresponding to an upper special symbol display device and the number of retained balls corresponding to a lower special symbol display device is notified by a barometer display which notifies it by an increase/decrease in the number of areas, displayed by a display color different from regular one, of number-of-retention display areas 2100a-2100e, and a count display which notifies it by updating the total number of retained balls displayed to the number-of-retention display area 2100e.
