A method and device for distributed security controlling in a communication network system are provided. The method includes: firstly, a network security control mechanism is established by a network control equipment, the mechanism is used to check the validity of the data package from a user terminal on a second network equipment; secondly, the network control equipment sends the network security control mechanism to the second network equipment; finally, the second network equipment checks the validity of the data package from the user terminal according to the network security control mechanism; if the data package is invalid, the data package is discarded.
