PURPOSE: A refrigerator with an icing device and an ice tray is provided to reduce the noise and impact when the ice falling from an ice making tray to the ice tray using a pad member. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator comprises an ice making tray, an ice separating unit, and an ice storing container(60). The ice separating unit divides the ice, which is made in the ice making tray, from the ice making tray. The ice tray accepts the ice from the ice making tray. A pad member(100) is installed on the ice tray. The pad part reduces the impact and noise when the ice drops from the ice making tray to the ice tray.
