PURPOSE: A method for producing a mixture fruit wine is provided to ensure rice taste and flavor by mixing two fruits and fermenting. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a mixture fruit wine comprises: a step of pulverizing and compressing Rubus coreanus Miquel and mulberry and adding ascorbic acid; a step of fermenting Rubus coreanus Miquel-fermented liquid and mulberry-fermented liquid; a step of mixing the Rubus coreanus Miquel-fermented liquid and mulberry-fermented in a ratio of 1:3 or 3:1; and a step of adding sugar and fermenting.
