摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the axial length of the sliding tube part of a magnetic plunger which is slidably suitable for the inner peripheral surface of a valve housing by preventing the magnetic plunger from being tilted even if the length is set smaller than the outer diameter of the sliding tube part in an injection valve for gaseous fuel. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic plunger 25 includes: the sliding tube part 27 which is fitted into the sliding guide hole 21 of the valve housing 2 and the axial length L of which is smaller than the outer diameter D thereof; and a valve part 26 which is arranged continuously with the front end thereof and which includes a sitting member 29 on the front end surface. An annular fuel chamber 36 arranged continuously with a valve seat 11 is defined between the opposed peripheral surfaces of the valve part 26 and the valve housing 2. A fuel passage formed in the magnetic plunger 25 includes a bottomed vertical hole 37 one end of which communicates with a fuel inlet 7a and the other end of which is used as a spring seat offset forward of the sliding tube part 27 and a horizontal hole 38 for releasing the vertical hole 37 to the annular fuel chamber 36. A valve spring 42 is stored in the vertical hole 37, and the front end of the valve spring is pivotally supported by the spring seat 39. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
