PURPOSE: A charging method according to video call quality and a system thereof are provided to differentially charge according to video call quality during a video call, thereby minimizing dissatisfaction of a customer. CONSTITUTION: If a video call between an originating terminal(10) and a receiving terminal(20) is initiated, a picture quality measuring unit(140) extracts an original image transmitted to an originating MSC and a processing image outputted from a receiving MSC. The measuring unit measures quality of the processing image. A charging server(150) calculates charging money according to video call quality. |
