PURPOSE: A chamfering device adopting back tension and a method thereof are provided to improve the beveling quality by preventing the glass cracks, un-chamfered glasses and excessively chamfered glasses. CONSTITUTION: A chamfering device adopting back tension comprises a low-friction cylinder(9), a balancing spring(10), a load cell(14), and a main CPU(Central Processing Unit). The low-friction cylinder is applied in a grinding wheel(1) with uniform tension using a preset air pressure in order to correspond to the excessively chamfered glasses or glass cracks. The balancing spring maintain the balance of the power. The CPU controls the low-friction cylinder according to a value of the load cell. |
