PURPOSE: A drill and a probe for electronic induction of a cable are provided to simply connect a bonding clamp with a cable by simply perforating a sheath. CONSTITUTION: A support board(10) has a lower fixing unit. A moving stand(21) has an upper fixing unit. Upper and lower fixing unit fix a cable(40). A clamping screw and a guiding axis pass through the moving stand. The connection shaft is installed on a penetration hole of the moving stand. A screw unit passes through the center of the connection shaft. The penetration screw is combined with the screw unit. The drill is installed on a drill hole of the penetration screw. A cap covers the upper side of the connection shaft. A penetration control screw(35) controls the rotation of the connection shaft.
