PURPOSE: A heat pump which has the fixed cycle and a defrost device using the same are provided to keep the uniform temperature and pressure using a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump comprises an evaporator(12), an expansion valve(9), and a heat pipe device(10). The heat pipe device is installed between the evaporator and the expansion valve. The heat pipe device stabilizes the working cycle or removes a factor which drops the evaporation function of the evaporator. The refrigerant swelled with the heat pipe device in the heat pipe is heat-exchanged. The heat accumulated in the heat pipe which is heated by the operation of the electric heater of the heat pipe device is transmitted to the refrigerant passing through the evaporator.
