PURPOSE: A pressure container which providing a space for culturing bio tissue is provided to maintain higher pressure than atmosphere pressure and improve and improve driving safety. CONSTITUTION: A pressure container which provides a space for culturing bio tissue comprises a container, a yoke which supports stress by inner pressure of the container, and a frame on which the container and yoke are attached. The container is hung to a front and rear frames(301,302) by bracket(303). The two frames are mounted on a frame fixing mount(304). The container is cylindrical, has U-packing groove at the end portion of cap. The yoke is surrounded around the container with a rectangular banc and positioned to fit to a yoke locking groove.
