PURPOSE: A rod holder and a minimally invasive surgery system using the same are provided to prevent damage to a tissue or nerve around a surgery part when inserting a rod by stably mounting the rod on a pedicle screw. CONSTITUTION: A grip part(310) functions as a handle. A mounting unit(350) and a button unit(370) are mounted on an upper side of a grip unit. The button unit is interlocked with the mounting unit. An insertion unit(330) is inserted into the human body. The insertion unit includes a rod grip part and a connection unit. The rod grip part grips the rod. A connection unit transfers the forward and backward movement of the rod grip part to the rod grip part.
