<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a controlling information amount and thereby restrain interference to other tracks and further prevent a consumption current from increasing. <P>SOLUTION: A base station device 600 receives radio quality information of all carriers within a communication band in a time other than that within a specified zone expiration date and receives radio quality information of a partial sub-carrier within the communication band in the specified zone expiration date.
