PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a COB type electronic circuit device whose coating area of a sealing resin can be controlled to be constant without adding an element for controlling the fluidity of the sealing resin to an originally required element, and which is low in cost, is small, and has high reliability. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit device includes a substrate 1 on which an internal terminal 9 and the wiring 2 for the internal terminal are formed, an electronic component 10 which is mounted on the substrate and connected with the internal terminal 9, and a sealing resin 12 which seals the electronic component 10 and the internal terminal 9. A annular section 3 is formed by a part of the wiring 2, a through-hole 14 is formed in the substrate, adjacent to the external edge of the annular section 3, and the area covered with the sealing resin 12 is surrounded by the annular section 3.
