PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a circuit for magnetically resetting a magnetic coupling means requires a control circuit and is complicated in a conventional case in a series connection gate drive circuit having the magnetic coupling means. SOLUTION: A diode is connected between a gate terminal of IGBT and a positive electrode of a forward bias power supply for gate driving and a negative electrode of a reverse bias power supply for gate driving.
