PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination type panel which has a metal tone decoration part and is manufactured easily, and a method for manufacturing the panel. SOLUTION: A printing film 10 forming an illumination part 5 and a luminous film 11 forming the metal tone decoration part 6 are set adjacently on the mold surface of one mold D1. Molds D1 and D2 are closed. Cavities C1 and C2 which are different from each other are separated and formed on back sides of the printing film 10 and the luminous film 11 to reach adjacent ends of the films 10 and 11. The first light transmitting resin T is injected into the cavities C1 and C2 to mold a decorative component 30 formed by piling the first resin T up on the printing film 10 and a luminous component 31 formed by piling the first resin T on the luminous film 11. With the decorative component 30 and the luminous component 31 held on the mold surface of the mold D1, the other mold is changed, so that the second resin U can be piled on the decorative component 30 and the luminous component 31.
