<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit magnetic resonance signals between an RF coil and a main unit satisfactorily by radio while suppressing a radio output level so as to suppress an influence on receiving capability of the magnetic resonance signals. <P>SOLUTION: A driver 40 and an antenna 41 transmit by radio a clock signal generated at an oscillator 8. An antenna 30 and a restoration section 31 receive and restore the clock signal transmitted by radio. The RF coil 34 outputs an electric magnetic resonance signal upon receiving a magnetic resonance signal emitted from a subject as electromagnetic waves. An A/D converter 36 synchronizes the magnetic resonance signal output from the RF coil 34 with the clock signal restored by the restoration section 31 and digitize the magnetic resonance signal. A modulation processing section 37, a driver 38, and an antenna 39 transmit the digitized magnetic resonance signal by radio. A wireless unit 11 receives the magnetic resonance signal transmitted by radio.
