<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit unit for preventing inclination of a cover, and to provide a method of manufacturing the electronic circuit unit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electronic circuit unit includes a circuit board (10) loading a plurality of electronic components (20, 30, 40), a cover (50) for covering the electronic components, and projecting regions (62, 72, 82) projected toward the electronic components at the lower surface (53) of the cover to determine the location in the height direction of the cover through contact with the upper surfaces (22, 32, 42) of the electronic components. As explained above, location of the upper surface (52) of the cover is not determined with reference to the circuit board but with reference to the electronic components.
