PURPOSE: A heating colored-asphalt using recycled aggregate for the surface of a road and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent soil or water from being polluted due to eluting oil source from asphalt. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a heating colored-asphalt using recycled aggregate for the surface of a road is constituted as follows. Foreign materials are removed and eliminated from sand which is abandoned in a construction site and a civil engineering field. The sand is selected by a net of various sizes. The freeing materials are removed and crushed from aggregate abandoned in a construction site and a civil engineering field. The aggregate is selected by a net of various sizes. Anionic surfactant and non-ionic surfactant are mixed with the selected circulation aggregate. The selected sand, the selected aggregate, circulation aggregate mixed with surfactant, asphalt, filler, intensifier, and pigment are mixed. The mixture is heated by a heater at 150~200°C. |
