PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture and a fixing structure, fixable to a hole formed on a surface of an object, capable of reducing labor and cost in manufacture, and capable of a stable fixation. SOLUTION: The fixture 1 is fixed to an installation hole diametrically expanded by an inclined face 82 from the surface of the object 80. The fixture has an anchor part 30 having a tapered surface 32 diametrically contracted to the base end part side from a distal end part 31 having a maximum diameter, an installation member 10 having a male screw part 20 joined to the anchor part, a flexible ring 50 having an outer diameter larger than the maximum diameter of the anchor part 30 and an inner diameter smaller than that and capable of inserting the male screw part 20, and a fastening member 60 threadable with the male screw part 20 and having a fastening surface 622 on the side facing the anchor part 30, and is characterized by forming an outer diameter of the fastening surface 622 larger than the inner diameter of the flexible ring 30.
