A structure of an in-line mixer has a small size and high mixing efficiency and uniformly mixes and disperses different kinds of fluids to form a mixed fluid. The structure has a tubular mixer body (10) having a space (11) penetrating in the direction of the axis of the mixer body and also has a plug-like member (20) inserted into the space (11) from its upstream side and integrated with the mixer body. A chemical liquid flow path (21) is formed in the direction of the axis of the plug-like member (20). An eccentric flow path penetrating through the outer peripheral surface of the mixer body (10) is formed at a position offset from the center of the axis of a cross section of the space. The downstream-side end of the chemical liquid flow path (21) is closed to cause a chemical liquid to flow out in a radial pattern into the space (11), and pure water is caused to flow into the space (11). Thus, the chemical liquid and the pure water are joined together in the space (11) and mixed and dispersed.
