PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compatible both mechanical balance in air and hydraulic balance in fluid as an impeller 6 for a pump receiving force asymmetric with respect to a rotation center axis by fluid force in a radial inward direction acting on a prescribed peripheral position due to the arrangement of a blade during drive and rotation in the fluid. SOLUTION: In an impeller body 61, a filled space 611 filled, in a fluid, with the fluid is formed. When the impeller body 61 is driven and rotated in the fluid, the fluid force acting on the impeller body 61 is canceled by centrifugal force acting on the fluid filled in the filled space 611.
