PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube and an X-ray analysis device for converging electron beams upon a target in an almost circular form. SOLUTION: The invention provides the X-ray tube characterized in that it includes an anode electrode having a first tapered part gradually reducing toward its tip in sectional size, the target provided on an end face of the anode electrode, a Wehnelt electrode provided almost coaxially with the anode electrode in an anode electrode out-of-diameter direction and having a second tapered part gradually reducing toward its tip in sectional size and a ring cathode filament provided in a Wehnelt electrode out-of-diameter direction, wherein the first and second tapered parts are provided to be almost parallel with each other.
