<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust roller-bearing which can improve lubricity by sufficiently keeping a retainer strength. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The thrust roller-bearing includes a retainer 10 consisting of two retainer constituting plates 11, 12 and a roller 4 retained in a pocket 13 arranged in its circumferential direction. A first retainer constituting plate 11 includes circumferential side flat sections 11a, 11b located at inner/outer-diameter sides, and a central flat section 11c axially displaced from each of the circumferential side flat sections 11a, 11b, and a second retainer constituting plate 12 includes a consecutive flat section 12a lapped over each of the circumferential side flat sections 11a, 11b, and each of folding back sections 12b, 12c folded back from its inner/outer-circumference. Between each of the folding-back sections 12b, 12c and the consecutive flat section 12a, each of the circumferential side flat sections 11a, 11b of the retainer constituting plate 11 is sandwiched, and the plate thickness of at least one location of both circumferences of each of the folding-back sections 12b, 12c, each of the circumferential side flat sections 11a, 11b, and of the consecutive flat section 12a is set to be thinner than that of a radial intermediate plate of each of the retainer constituting plates 11, 12.
