<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always secure the stable paving operations of a multi-asphalt paver by stabilizing the weight balance of the multi-asphalt paver. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This center of gravity stabilizing device for a multi-asphalt paver includes a charger device 14 having a charging hopper 17 mounted at the front of a frame and a charging feeder 18 connected to the rear of the charging hopper 17. A lift cylinder 36 is interposed between the charger device 14 and the frame 12. The lower end of the lift cylinder 36 is connected to the front end of the frame 12. A back pressure regulating means 40 for increasing the back pressure of the lift cylinder 36 is connected to the lift cylinder 36 so that, when pavement is started or the multi-asphalt paver 10 is out of service, the back pressure of the lift cylinder 36 can be increased.
