<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception device capable of generating a highly precise replica, and obtaining high signal detection precision. <P>SOLUTION: The reception device for performing equalization and interfering component removal processing by considering a multi-value symbol as a plurality of hierarchized sub-symbols includes: a replica generation control part 9 for successively adding layers whose signal precision is high to processing target layers, and for instructing them as the processing target layers; a sub-symbol replica generation part 8 for generating a sub-symbol replica based on the instruction; and a channel estimation processing part 4 for estimating a transmission path based on the sub-symbol replica.
