PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food and drink menu content confirmation system capable of mechanically confirming the adequacy and consistency between contents described in a menu and contents used for cuisines actually served to customers, and serving secure and safe cuisines truly to the menu contents to the customers.SOLUTION: A food and drink menu content confirmation system comprises: means for storing menu information (data indicating menu contents); means for storing food and drink information (data indicating contents of food, drink, and seasoning) such as inventory, stock, and recipes; means for confirming and determining adequacy of the menu contents based on the menu information and the food and drink information; and means for creating a result of the confirmation and determination as an adequacy and consistency confirmation list, and outputting the list. |
