<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device preventing degradation in sealing performance caused by deformation of a case body forming a furnace body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the heating device, the furnace 1 body is formed by an upper case body 1A and a lower case body 1B, and an object 9 to be heated is heated within the furnace 1 while carried by a carrying means 7. Beads 22, 26 extended to the direction intersecting with the carrying direction of the carrying means 7 are formed in the case body of the furnace 1 body.
