<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion element high in photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The organic photoelectric conversion element has a pair of electrodes and a functional layer arranged between the electrodes, wherein the functional layer contains an electron-accepting compound and a polymer including a repeating unit having structure represented by Formula (1) and structure represented by Formula (2). In Formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>-R<SP>8</SP>may be the same or different, and each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an alkoxy group or represents an aryl group which may have a substituent, and a hydrogen atom included in those groups may be substituted by a fluorine atom. In Formula (2), R<SP>9</SP>-R<SP>14</SP>may be the same or different, and each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an alkoxy group or represents an aryl group which may have a substituted group, and a hydrogen atom included in those groups may be substituted by a fluorine atom; (x) and (y) may be the same or different, and each represents 1 or 2; and when there are a plurality of R<SP>9</SP>'s, R<SP>10</SP>'s, R<SP>13</SP>'s or R<SP>14</SP>'s, they may be the same as or different from one another. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
