PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint member capable of effectively securing sealing performance even when a clearance between a wall surface and a bathtub or a counter is large. SOLUTION: The joint member has a head part 2 closing up the clearance 104 between the wall surface 102 and the bathtub 101 or the counter; a leg part 3 extending downward from the lower face of the head part 2; and a fin part 4 formed projecting to the bathtub 101 side from the leg part 3.
