PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a holding force of a U-shaped leg part without causing an increase of work load. SOLUTION: A claw part 30 allowing passing of the U-shaped leg part 101 by elastic deformation and projecting to a side of a leg receiving part 22 of a clip body 20 by elastic restoration after the passing of the U-shaped leg part 101 is formed in a portion of an inlet part 22A of the leg receiving part 22 which a distal end of a slide lock member 50 abuts on. An abutting part 52 abutting on a distal end surface of the claw part 30 and an engaging part 53 engaged to an end face 30B on a depth side of the leg receiving part 22 of the claw part 30 are provided in a distal end part of the slide lock member 50.
